Minimum 28 hours per week (hours negotiable)

£17,108 FTE

The Royal Artillery Centre for Personal Development (RACPD) is a first-class work-based training company, with a friendly and close-knit team ethos, delivering qualifications to soldiers. We are looking for an enthusiastic and efficient Administrator to join our team.

You will be required to:

  • Provide day to day administrative support to the Operations Department.
  • Provide Information Advice and Guidance to all customer enquiries across a range of programmes.
  • Co-ordinate the selected programmes, including taking payments, registration, tracking and certification.
  • Maintain learner records on a number of internal and external databases.

You will need:

  • to be a team worker with a high standard of accuracy
  • to have strong organisational skills with a flexible and proactive approach
  • to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • to have a good working use of databases, Excel, Word and Outlook email
  • to be able to prioritise and manage own workload
  • a full clean driving licence as occasional travel may be required
